More than six models have been developed to meet different payload and dimensional requirements. These turntables will be manufactured in a high tech precision facility to ensure strict accuracy and quality standards. Their primary function is the dynamic calibration of Inertial Measurement Units IMUs by evaluating and calculating error components under high G forces at various angular positions.
SWAY-TE-10M is another such type of turntable designed and fabricated by TRAMIQ, a single axis turntable, for MEMS\RLG\FOG based IMU, providing up-to 10 Kg of payload capacity.
The SWAY-TE-2M has been designed and fabricated by TRAMIQ for a foreign client. It is a single-axis turntable intended for MEMS/RLG-based IMUs, providing a payload capacity of up to 2 kg. This version is designed in a vertical configuration.
In this model, additional communication protocols have been incorporated to enhance system compatibility and flexibility.
The SWAY-2TE-5M has been designed by TRAMIQ to further boost its capabilities and capacities in the area a of advanced measurement and control systems. It is a two-axis turntable intended for MEMS/RLG/FOG-based IMUs, providing a payload capacity of up to 5 kg.
This model, as mentioned in the above models is also equipped with important communication protocols to enhance system compatibility and operational flexibility.
The SWAY-10M is specifically engineered for the final phase of product development, offering a robust platform for testing complex systems in demanding applications. This 3-axis rate table is ideal for supporting comprehensive systems in Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL) simulations, where the system under test is integrated into a simulated environment, enabling realistic testing scenarios.
The capability allows engineers to assess the system’s performance, behavior, and reliability under extreme conditions, including high vibrations and accelerations, while maintaining a controlled and secure testing environment.
With real-time functionality and optional reflective memory control, the SWAY-10M facilitates the repetition of HWIL simulations and provides immediate feedback on the system’s behavior, ensuring thorough evaluation and validation.

It features high precision positioning, stable control, and load adaptability, can be used in aerospace, navigation system testing, and precision instrument calibration, making it an ideal choice for cutting-edge testing and control tasks.
