TURNTABLES:

TRAMIQ has initiated the in-house design and development of precision turntables for a potential local and foreign client. To date, more than six turntable models have been designed to cater to varying payload capacities and dimensional requirements. The products are planned to be manufactured at a high-tech precision manufacturing facility to ensure stringent accuracy and quality standards.

The primary purpose of the turntables is to perform dynamic calibration of Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs) by evaluating and calculating various error components induced under high-G forces at different angular positions. The salient features of each turntable model are as appended.

SINGLE AXIS TURNTABLE

Single-axis turntable is a high-precision, dynamic testing instrument designed to simulate both vibration and precise motion while ensuring exceptional pointing accuracy. This Hardware-In-The-Loop (HIL) simulator is utilized for testing and calibrating Inertial Navigation Systems (INS), Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs), and individual components such as gyroscopes, accelerometers, and other inertial devices.

The system consists of a single degree of freedom with hardware components designed to replicate real physical dynamics. This configuration enables realistic testing of IMU calibration algorithms. The turntable provides high pointing accuracy and stability, allowing for the identification and correction of sensor biases, scale factors, and misalignments, thereby improving overall IMU performance.

The four primary technical indicators for a turntable are Unit under test (UUT) specifications, dynamic performance specification , geometric and controller specification.

MODEL: SWAY-TE- 1

SWAY-TE-1M is a first such type of turntable designed and fabricated by TRAMIQ, a single axis turntable, for MEMS based IMU, providing up-to 1 Kg of payload capacity. Further specs are given below:

The SWAY-TE-2M has been designed and fabricated by TRAMIQ for a foreign client. It is a single-axis turntable intended for MEMS/RLG-based IMUs, providing a payload capacity of up to 2 kg. This version is designed in a vertical configuration.

TWO AXIS TURNTABLE

TRAMIQ has also completed the design of a two-axis precision turntable Two axis turntable is a complex modern product that integrates optical, mechanical and electrical Components . It performs semi_physical simulation and testing in the aviation and aerospace fields and plays a key role in the development of aircraft .

Our equipment consists of three parts: Mechanical platform, measurement , control software and control panels . The equipment combines the measurement and control system with the mechanical platform to form an integrated equipment and the top can carry user loads .

The equipment is composed of a mechanical table body and a measurement and control system . It can be used to provide motion excitation such as angular position, angular rate and angular acceleration to calibrate the accuracy of measured part.

 

MODEL: SWAY-2TE- 5M

The SWAY-2TE-5M has been designed by TRAMIQ to further boost its capabilities and capacities in the area a of advanced measurement and control systems. It is a two-axis turntable intended for MEMS/RLG/FOG-based IMUs, providing a payload capacity of up to 5 kg.

This model, as mentioned in the above models is also equipped with important communication protocols to enhance system compatibility and operational flexibility. Further technical specifications of the SWAY-2TE-5M are provided given below :

THREE AXIS TURNTABLE

TRAMIQ has completed the design of a three-axis precision turntable .Three axis turntable in the field of inertial navigation testing include conventional three axis turntables and three axis turntables with temperature chambers. The equipment consists of a mechanical platform and a measurement and Control system It can be used to provide motion expectations such as angular position, angular velocity and angular acceleration ,conduct static posture simulation tests of the tested part and can also be used to calibrate the accuracy of tested part .

The turntable is mainly composed of shafting, support ,frame etc. The equipment consists of a mechanical platform and a measurement and control system . It can be used to provide  motion excitations such as angular position, angular velocity and angular acceleration ,conduct static posture simulation tests of the tested part and can also be used to calibrate the accuracy of the tested part.

The equipment comprises a precision mechanical platform integrated with an advanced measurement and control system. Through coordinated multi-axis control, the turntable is capable of generating accurate motion excitations, including angular position, angular velocity, and angular acceleration. These capabilities enable the execution of static posture simulation tests as well as the calibration and accuracy verification of the device under test.

 

MODEL: SWAY-10M

The SWAY-10M is specifically engineered for the final phase of product development, offering a robust platform for testing complex systems in demanding applications. This 3-axis rate table is ideal for supporting comprehensive systems in Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL) simulations, where the system under test is integrated into a simulated environment, enabling realistic testing scenarios.

The capability allows engineers to assess the system’s performance, behavior, and reliability under extreme conditions, including high vibrations and accelerations, while maintaining a controlled and secure testing environment.

With real-time functionality and optional reflective memory control, the SWAY-10M facilitates the repetition of HWIL simulations and provides immediate feedback on the system’s behavior, ensuring thorough evaluation and validation.
