Designed and developed for industrial automation as per Customer requirements to convert the control signals into physical motion, using electromechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic actuators to position the valves, surfaces or mechanisms.  TRAMIQ developed systems ensure precise, high-speed movement and reliability. It is a Control mechanism for commercial liners .

The assembly consists of two primary modules: the Steering Mechanism, utilizing a harmonic drive for zero-backlash performance, and the Linkage Assembly, which transfers motor output to the fin for directional control. A 5400-rpm BDC motor producing 0.22 Nm torque drives the harmonic gear having flex spline and bevel gear through a pinion arrangement, reducing speed and amplifying torque up to 90 Nm, with an operational fin deflection range of ± 15° to 25°
